The necropolis discovered in the Montagnola area (4th century B.C. ) is comprised of tirtheen tombs of which three of a monumental importance being typical of a room with corrisor (dromos).
Inside the tombs, besides the deposions, were found the remains of the coffins, and the rich equipments, wich were composed of objects in ceramics, and metal that were attibuted the simposium anf the banquet. The necropolis belongs to a Lucan èlit established in the territory.
The exhibits include the Tombs 1 and 3, which are disti,guished from the others by the quality of the objects: a long dormos of access led to the burial chamber, partly excavated in the natural rock, in wich the remains of the wooden arrengement were kept, weilcome both the skeleton and the objects or part of it.

In particular, among the Etruscan artifacts emerges, a fine looking Schnanelkanee, decorated qith plastic felines,a titula with double handle and Gorgonhead Attacks, a stamnos with fixing plates of the loops decarated with Sirens.

The deceased is a male of over 40 hears, a warriorr knight who held in his right hand a silver m a cretere and an anfora, Poseidonia.
The equipment is compsed by twentnine objects in cermic and metal, amonf which two large Lucan vases wirh red figures attributable to the Painter of primato workshop.
The deceased is rapresented as a warrrior and a knight; this is demonstated by a presence of weapons (bronze belt and iron lance ) and an equine iron broke,
